- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After them calling me multiple times because they "Didn't know how to verify my insurance" (apparently you can't just show up to an appointment with a proof of insurance card anymore) I called them back when I wasn't working and sat on the phone for a half hour helping them verify my insurance. Within 10 minutes of ending the call, I was called back and informed because they couldn't verify my insurance for the TDAP I need to have before my child is born, they went ahead and just canceled my appointment for TOMORROW! asking me if I wanted to reschedule next week AFTER I TOOK AN EMERGENCY PERSONAL DAY OFF FOR TOMORROW! Get your ACT TOGETHER. I could have easily paid cash for the FULL AMOUNT of the TDAP!By Brandon Wallace, December 19, 2016
